Looking for a thai restaurant with my friends, we discovered this lovely place nearby. The location is really nice, with the tables not too close. The waiters were really nice, helping us with some really good suggestions: papaya salad was really good as well as the pad Thai. Highly recommended if you want to try something different from the French cuisine.

We were looking for a Thai restaurant in the vicinity when we came across freshly decorated Baabbeck. Although they don’t have an extensive menu, but the food we tried was excellent. The Pad Thai was not only visually pleasing but also one of the best I have ever eaten. The green curry was very original and well balanced. The papaya salad was simply delicious. Certainly a Thai restaurant that doesn’t disappoint.

A very chill but viral Thai restaurant giving a view on the Seine! The lady who served us is extremely nice and friendly, which made my birthday a very pleasant one the dishes are refreshing and flavorful, with authentic ingredients that I haven’t been tasting for quite a while. Very vegetarian friendly as well. Highly recommend the corn beignets and the green mango salad many thanks again!

Amazing Thai food is a really cool and unique atmosphere. I had the green mango salad and pork dish. Thought the flavors were excellent for salad and loved that it was actually spicy which can sometimes be harder to find in Europe in my experience. The mango itself could have been a little more firmer and crunchy but I still highly recommend the dish. The addition of tomatoes and dragon fruit was delicious and so fresh. Thought the pork and rice were also good but different than what I was expecting. The pork was like ground beef texture. Portion sizes were large and prices were reasonable. Presentation was also good. I really liked the overall vibe of the restaurant. The decor includes lots of plants and there are also some interesting surprises and talking pieces. With the modern zen vibe I think this would be a good date night restaurant. Looking forward to going back and trying more dishes.

I recently visited Baanbeck and was immediately impressed by the ambiance. The interior feels sophisticated—akin to a fine dining establishment—yet the menu prices remain quite reasonable for this level of quality in Paris. We ordered a generous spread to share, including the Peek Kai Tod (fried chicken wings), Fresh Rolls, and Laab Kai Tod. The food generally leans towards a modern interpretation of Thai cuisine rather than strictly traditional rustic styles. To accompany the meal, we chose a bottle of Vouvray (Chenin Blanc), which was an excellent choice; its crisp acidity and floral notes paired beautifully with the spices of the Som Tam and Pad Thai. However, I do have one constructive note regarding the Tom Yum Kung. While Thai cuisine naturally balances sweet and sour, I found the broth here to be overly sweet, overpowering the other herbal nuances. If you prefer a more savory or acidic soup, keep this in mind. Despite that, it was a very enjoyable evening. The balance of a chic atmosphere, tasty dishes, and good value makes this a spot I would happily visit again when in the neighborhood.

Best thai restaurant in Paris, the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Every dish had the perfect flavour balance but starter rolls with mint sauce, the red curry and the sticky mango rice were amazing. We will go back for sure!

This is a gem in the 12th arr. open late Sunday dinner (many restaurants are closed). Understated elegant place with food that matches. The appetizers and entrees were the best Thai I’ve had (and I’m a fan of Thai food). Nice crowd for a Sunday 10pm. Highly recommend you try it out!
